How to Purchase & Use Your Wellness Ritual
Purchase Your Package In Person
For now, Wellness Ritual Collections can initially be purchased in person at In Flow Beauty & Mind.
Once your package has been purchased, it will be added to your client profile in our booking system, ready for you to use across your included treatments.
Book Your Treatments Your Way
Once your package is active, you can book your appointments either:
- Through our online booking system, where you can select your treatment, choose your preferred time, and redeem your eligible package during the booking process; or
- By sending us a message, and our team will be happy to assist with your booking.
How Online Package Redemption Works
When online package booking is available for your account:
- Select your eligible service and preferred appointment time through our online booking page.
- Log in to your client account so Timely can identify any eligible packages.
- If you have an available package, you’ll see a prompt saying “Good news, you have a package.”
- Select “Redeem package” and your treatment will be reserved against your package with no additional charge.
- Your package treatment is redeemed when the appointment is completed.
Online package booking is being finalised. We’re currently completing some backend payment gateway setup to ensure the experience is seamless. Until this is ready, you can still purchase your package in person and book your treatments by messaging our team.

What is the Wellness Ritual Collection?
The Wellness Ritual Collection is a prepaid package of either three or five Dianne Caine Australia facial treatments, designed to help you maintain consistent skin health while making regular time for relaxation and self-care.
You can choose between the Essential Wellness Ritual (40-minute facials) or the Indulge Wellness Ritual (60-minute facials).
How do I purchase a Wellness Ritual Collection?
For now, Wellness Ritual Collections can initially be purchased in person at In Flow Beauty & Mind.
Our team will help you choose the package that best suits your skincare and wellbeing needs, and your package will then be added to your client profile in our booking system.
Can I purchase my package online?
Not just yet. We’re currently finalising some backend payment gateway setup to make online package purchasing seamless.
Online purchasing will be available soon. In the meantime, packages can be purchased in person.
How do I book my package treatments?

Do I need to pay again when I redeem a package treatment?
No. Once your package is active and you redeem an included treatment, there is no additional charge for that treatment.
How long do I have to use my package?
- 3-treatment package: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- 5-treatment package: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I use my package treatments whenever I like?
- Yes. You can schedule your treatments at a pace that suits your lifestyle, provided all treatments are used within the package validity period.
Can I use my package for a different treatment?
Wellness Ritual packages are specific to the facial treatment selected at purchase. If you’d like to explore a different treatment, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.
Can I share my package with someone else?
Wellness Ritual Collections are intended for the purchasing client and are not transferable unless otherwise approved by In Flow Beauty & Mind.
Can I cancel or get a refund on my package?
Please speak with our team regarding our package cancellation and refund policy before purchasing.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to package appointments. Please provide the required notice if you need to reschedule so your treatment can remain available for you.
Can I still book by messaging you?
We’re currently completing the backend payment gateway setup needed to support a smooth online purchasing and redemption experience.
